Unhealthy Soft Tissue - The Hidden Culprit

An estimated 80% or more of pain, tension and nerve impingement is due to muscle imbalances or unhealthy soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia).  When some muscles get overused or stressed, others get weak. This results in tension, trigger points, misaligned and overstressed joints, herniated discs and sometimes loss of strength, tingling or numbness. I treat and can help you prevent unhealthy soft tissue and conditions like:

  • Arthritis
  • Back pain (upper, mid or low back pain injuries or tension)
  • Bursitis
  • Bone spurs
  • Carpel Tunnel Syndrome (numbness, tingling, weakness in hand/fingers/thumb)
  • Disc herniation (bulging disc)
  • Degenerative Disc disease
  • Frozen shoulder (numbness, tingling, weakness in hand/fingers)
  • IT Band Syndrome (pain in outside of thigh)
  • Knee pain (1st and 2nd degree ligament strains, sprains)
  • Migraine headaches
  • Neck/shoulder pain
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Rotator Cuff injury (1st and 2nd degree sprains, strains)
  • Tendonitis
  • Tennis Elbow / Golfer's elbow
  • TMJ (jaw pain, tinnitus)
  • Sciatica / hip or gluteal pain (radiating pain from buttocks down legs
  • Sciatica pain (tension/pain in low back along or below the belt-line)
  • Whiplash (sprains or strains due to accident or injury)
